JOESPH M. CORNELL, AMA, ASA WORKED HARD ON GETTING THE APPRAISAL OF A BUILDING. HE WAS RESPONSIBLE, THERE ON TIME AND HE WAS FRIENDLY. HE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND HONEST AS WELL.
