 + -1 moreLonny Dexter was on time exactly at 9AM. He was very polite and as he worked on my computer he explained everything he was doing and why. Not only was I given a senior discount he went that extra mile to solve other computer problems I was having. He said he would not leave until everything was right. He also gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions. I had to later install Windows XP and when I had a question he called me back within a few minutes and helped walk me through it. He said always remember I am just a phone call away if you need help. It was so nice to work with someone who cares a lot about what he does. I would recommed his support to anyone who needed help.
Description of Work: Repair problems I was having with my computer.
