cWe were in a dire situation with no hot water or heat after Xcel had discovered a natural gas leak and shut us off. I called Mike, and he was able to come out within a few hours. He called when he was about 10 minutes out to give us notice. He was earlier than he originally said he'd be. He was able to do the work including fixing a couple of extra code problems he found with our piping for the same price he quoted me on the phone without ever having looked at it. He and his assistant were clean and professional. They were in and out within a couple of hours, and they did all the work for $500 less than another company quoted me. I would use 5 star again in a heartbeat. I was very impressed.

They opened up the kitchen drain and they charged me $700 to open the drain.  They were supposed to be master plumbers.  I paid about $200 for the camera work and then I paid the plumber $125.
