Neil was the best real estate agent.......nuff said.

I contacted Neil after looking at a couple of properties on the 360 website.  I felt comfortable doing this after seeing all the positive reviews on Yelp.  We looked at a couple houses with Neil, and then decided on one to put an offer on one.  Only at the point did he want us to sign a buyers contract.  It was a nice touch, although we would have signed with him after meeting for the first time anyway.
I felt like he really looked out for us in terms of making an offer and then during the inspection and items to have the sellers fix.  Neil was also very responsive to questions and anything that came up during the process.  When we set up a time to meet, he was always there on time and ready to go.
We had the seller pay closing costs which were an estimate in the offer.  We had some money left over, so Neil got us a rebate and a 2 year home warranty.  I think another agent would have left the money on the table.
I would definitely refer Neil and 360Dwellings in the future.

Neil helped us refine our purchase parameters and spent several weeks showing us properties that met those conditions. He mediated the purchase which was quite complicated. Neil also walk us through the closing. He was always there when we needed him. The entire processes went smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyable. Neil is knowledgeable, thoughtful and confident. He knows his stuff for sure and is always cheerful and optimistic. He remained eager to help us buy the right property not just make the sale. Clearly this has been the most rewarding experience we've ever had with a Realtor and we've had many in the last 40 years.

Neil was honest, hard working, and a bulldog when it came time to negotiate our offer. He always had our best interests in mind throughout the process. I would recommend Neil and 360Dwellings to my friends & family.
