Very smooth installation and followup

You must call Jared and hire him immediately if you need HVAC installed at your house! As a single mom it is difficult to know who to trust as well as know that everything that needs to be done is done correctly. When I called for an estimate Jared responded to my request within the hour and was at my house that evening! After Jared gave me an estimate I did some research of my own only to find out that everything that he told me I needed was exactly what I learned looking up info. The work that was done was done amazing with all wires covered up nicely and looks great. Jared and his workers that he brought with him were very nice and professional. After the work was done something went wrong with my furnace (which he wasn't hired to do) which caused my air conditioner to stop working. I called Jared and once again he responded and was at my house that morning! He repaired the problem for me even though it wasn't his problem to fix and didn't even charge me. I will recommend Jared to any and all of my friends and family and will 100% call him in the future with any problems I encounter with heating or cooing. These days it is hard to find someone that you trust, I am so happy I hired Jared.

Jared showed up an hour later. He identified the problem right away and presented me with multiple option. He never pressured me to choose one option over another. He just explained the facts. He had to leave and go pick up a couple items he needed to replace, replace them, and clean up my furnace. He was thorough, explained things well, and extremely reasonable, if not generous, in his pricing. I strongly recommend Jared and Colorado Heating and Air. They are now my go-to company for any furnace and air conditioning issues.

Jared was punctual. He is very knowledgable and explained me what was going on with my AC. I did not feel i was being pushed to sell more services and products. He did a great job explaining my options.

He was very professional. We decided to go with a top off and recheck the system next spring. We will use him next spring, if the unit leaks again will have him replace the outside unit with a higher efficiency heat pump

The first really hot day of the year and no air conditioning. I called two other companies that said they were booked out two weeks! I called Colorado Heating and Air and talked to a very nice lady who said she could get a tech out to my house same day. The tech was friendly and knowledgable. He fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! We will definitely call them back in the future.

I called AC & Heating Company for emergency heating problem. They were here to fix the problem within 10 minutes and stayed until they knew the problem was fixed. I have never had this great of experience with any other company.
