We?ve used 24 Hour Heating & Cooling for the last few years, but I don?t trust them now & will never use them again.  Rich told us different things depending on who talked to them - first that we needed a new motor, then tried to upsell/scare me into a new furnace by telling me I have a carbon monoxide leak.  He also quoted me a higher price on the motor than what he had written on the estimate he gave my wife a few weeks earlier.  I?ve since had the furnace inspected by another company and been told it is in good working order, and there are no leaks.

Two days after the job was scheduled to be completed, I went over to check out the work, and the AC unit had been installed on the wrong floor (despite specific instructions as to where it should go), the unit was not working, there were holes in all of my walls, my balcony was torn apart, hoses and wires poking out everywhere, and trash littering the balcony.  I called the company and they said the job wasn't finished, but they would send the tech out that day.  I went out the following day, and it was obvious the tech had never showed up.  I called again and was told the tech would be over there immediately.  I waited over 2 hours, and no tech.  I called again, and finally got to talk to the tech, who told me he'd be out to finish the job the following day.  He said he figured that since the house was vacant, he had plenty of time.  
I took off work the following day to make sure the tech showed up.  He finally appeared 3 hours later than he said he would.  He was unable to get the work done that day, and I couldn't take any more days off work.  I went by 3 days later, and the work still wasn't finished.
These are just the "highlights" of what I went through with this company.  I have a 3 page document outlining every missed appointment.
The AC was finally installed about 2 weeks later.  However, it leaked constantly, and I've had to have them out numerous times to fix the leak.  I've had to had my wall repainted twice because of leaks.  
This company consistently did not show up when scheduled.  They did not meet any of their dates.  And the worst part of all: the AC STILL doesn't work!!!  I now have to continue dealing with these people, when all I want to do is never talk to them again.
