 + -1 moreHe replaced the back door lock and left the front storm door lock. It took him several hours to get in the house after my call. He worked very hard to get the back lock off. He offered me a choice if I wanted to do that or take the storm door frame off to get the door open. He was very nice. He had to climb on top of it to get it open, was worth the money.
Description of Work: I was locked out of my house from the storm door lock, which I have had work done on before 2 times. The locksmith had to drill open the back door because I didn't have a key to that. The wood base had to take off the front storm door to open it.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY A FEW HOURS LATER. THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE A KEY AND GET US ON THE ROAD VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE FAST FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD BE THERE IN TWO HOURS AND THEY WERE THERE IN 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES. THEY WERE GREAT.
Description of Work: 24 HOUR 1 LOCKSMITH CAME OUT TO MAKE A KEY FOR A TRAILER HITCH THAT WE COULD NOT FIND THE KEY FOR. WE COULD NOT HOOK THE TRAILER TO THE TRUCK UNTIL THE LOCK WAS OFF.
