1st Place Carpets

He called to say he was running ahead of schedule so I told him to that was not a problem.  He walked through the house and told me what areas were a concern and what the problem was.  He then went right to work and did a great job.  He also told me the carpet in the basement didn't need cleaning.  I wasn't sure if it did so I appreciated the honesty.  He also said if I saw an area that the stain was still visible that he would come back and clean it again.  I would most definitely call him again.  He was booked about 10 days out when I set up the appointment so keep that in mind if you need it done by a certain date.  

Very thorough and very friendly.  He did an excellent job!  Will use him in the future!

The owner totally fit me in when I stated I was about to list my house. He was punctual and nice. He talked a lot and I knew more than I really wanted to about his past and present. He was very quick and efficient. Some of my stains came back. He told me to call him if that happened, but I've been too busy. Also, the edges against the wall were not cleaned very well. Overall it was okay, but not stellar.

They are very accomdating and their prices are great for what they do. He is very meticulous which is what you want in a carpet cleaner. He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to make sure it is done right.

Finally,a carpet cleaner that I can use year after year.  I've used many,many carpet cleaners over the years and have never been happy with any of them,until now.  I'm pretty picky and Dave,the owner of this company definitely meets my standards.  My carpets have never looked better.  My husband couldn't believe how fabulous the basement carpet looked.  Dave is a really nice,professional guy whom I highly recommend.  Before he started cleaning, he walked through the house with me and gave me an estimate (based on square footage) that I was more than happy with.  He didn't pull that salesman type add-on stuff that I hate.  He's a very trustworthy,honest guy and a really great carpet cleaner.   My carpets even "feel" clean when I walk on them. You can't go wrong by using this company.

The first thing that I could tell when Dave showed up was that he loves his job. That is important because he invests in his material, and is extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing, probably due to his longevity with this company. In my mind, there is nothing better than working with the owner of his company - he is the expert, and he wants to make sure that you are happy.
So without hesitation, I would recommend 1st Place Carpet for carpet and duct cleaning - the results are excellent and the price was the best I found.
