Very smooth operation. No mess or fuss. Punctual & very professional.

The technician was very punctual and courteous. He patiently explained the process and gave me tips on keeping it clean in the future. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. My only concern was that they use a portable shop-vac type vacuum (versus a truck mounted vacuum) with a scrubber hose that is inserted into the vent so I am not sure how clean it can get the ducts. They have a clear "box" over the vent that show how much stuff comes out, but how much remains? Check their web site to see the exact process. They can sanitize the vents optionally for another $50. Overall I am very happy with price and quality compared to other vendors that charge double to triple. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

It went well, showed up on time, explained the process, and went to work. He wasn't able to clean the dryer vent because of the way it was hooked up, but explained it and agreed to come back when we got it fixed.

The man showed up with a shop vac and appeared to vacuum out the first 2-3 feet of our vents. We asked if we could see the amount of gunk that he removed to which he answered that he had 3 houses worth of gunk in his machine. We insisted on looking and there was barely any lint or gunk in the machine. We have lived here for almost 20 years and are the original owners. I had anticipated so much more to come out of these filthy vents. The dryer vent was supposed to have been part of the deal. We ended up hiring another company to clean the dryer vent because that was so clogged that it was tripping a fuse within our dryer. Overall I was very disappointed with the service. The man was polite but we didn't feel that our vents were actually cleaned.

I don't know how these guys get all these good reviews. These guys are in scam business. I lost a whole day of work waiting for nothing. The technician showed up 1.5 hours late with a van with no sign or company logo. I tried to verify the work that needed to be done upfront when the technician arrived so there won't be any short cuts and/or additional charge . First of all, they have no video recording before and after as they claim. Then, the technician said he won't be doing the whole system just the vents. I told him that the deal included the whole system including unlimited vents and returns and I verified with the business before I scheduled the appointment. He checked with his boss and said no. I told him to pack up and leave. I would not recommend this company.

Very nice service. I've called many different companies before hiring 150airduct, quotes i've been getting were crazy expansive. I was very surprised to find this deal - $150 for all vents sounded too good to be true, so i was expecting a common upsell once they arrive..It did not happen! Our technician Antoine was super friendly, professional, and hard working, and did not try to sell anything! He put shoe covers on, explained what he was going to do, and started his work. He was very careful with my floors and furniture, and very patient with my curious dog :) After he's got everything cleaned, he showed me before and after videos..day and night! I also asked him to clean my dryer vent, but after inspection he said, that it's super clean, and i don't have to waist my money! WOW! Will definitely recommend this company, and use them again.
