I loved being able to set up an appointment online! The two guys arrived within the window and had called me beforehand. The only part I was disappointed with is that a large TV is a set price, but it wasn't listed online. The guys were able to remove the large TV and were very courteous.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? were excellent. The prices were pretty high, but for the amount they took away, I was so happy to see it gone. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves, as well. My experience with them went well. They called me to tell me when they were going to be here. They were here on time. They cleared out an old fence and hauled some other stuff away for me, too. You pay per square footage of the junk and I was a little over what they had estimated, but they didn't charge the higher rate. They were fine and good. They cleaned up everything, all the nails and splinters and stuff. They swept it all up.
