Tiger Electric Inc

Initially it went quite well. Then our builder called Tiger Electric's attention to the canned lights' trim not being wide enough to cover the openings in the ceiling (which were very tight to the fixture) and he insisted on a different light. The owner was not happy and then charged us $1250 for having to move a couple pieces of furniture away from the wall to install plugs. 95% of the furniture was in the center of the room already. The project manager admitted that he did not write down our instructions on where we wanted dimmer switches, so normal switches were installed. Tiger wants to charge us labor to change the switches to the dimmer. We also have 4 switches that do not connect to anything at all. We don't know if they will make good on this or not. All in all, initially satisfied with the work and the price. Now not so much.

They were amazing! They were professional, they were just top-notch quality service.  It was a huge job. They’re actually going to rewire a brand new 3-car garage completely. I am going to use them again on 2 other big jobs. They were just completely professional and quick. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable and thorough.
