Great work. Very dependable. Would definitely recommend. I saw his reviews on Angie's List, and he definitely lived up to the good comments.

I was away all summer, except for a couple times when I came to check on the house, as I had moved away before my house sold.   I found Dale on Angie's list.  I needed to find  a reliable person to look after my yard all summer in my absence.    He took care of my lawn every week without a hitch so it looked nice for buyers.   He is a very pleasant gentleman with a good work ethic, obviously.   I wish he could mow my lawn here at my new house, but it is out of his territory, unfortunately for me.   If you want a responsible, honest person to mow your grass all summer whether you stay home or travel for extended periods of time , Dale is the man to call.    Don't mess around calling unknown people out of the phone book - that's usually a very bad idea.

Very professional, attention to detail kind of job. They took their time to do it right and I didn't even have the main truck doing it. They were also very honest and willing to work with pricing for a second job. I will go straight to them if I need anything done again.

He takes care not to damage sprinkler heads, raises and lowers gutters, cleans up after, etc. as a part of his service. He is very dependable and we've been very pleased with the service. He bills on a monthly basis. His charge his reasonable considering the size of our yard (0.4 acres).

We were gone and returned to mowed lawn.

It went fine.  They found their way around the yard and the irrigation system.

I am thrilled with the work being done on my yard. I am going to employ Sunset Lawn care on a steady basis.

Mr. Miller is very dependable and always mows on days scheduled. He may reschedule due to weather. He raises the house downspouts and lowers them after the job is complete. He picks up grass clippings, and trims with each cutting. We have our lawn mowed weekly, and it looks great after he is finished. Our lawn size is a little under 4/10 of an acre. In the spring we have Mr. Miller aerate our lawn. Sunset Lawn Care invoices once a month.

They did a very good job considering how high the weeds were and that the grass had really gotten out of control since I have been traveling so much I have not had time to care for it.  We figured we would have them do it once just to get it manageable but since they did such an incredible job and the price was very reasonable we are going to use them on a regular basis.

There was a lot of work to do.  He began at about 8:30 and worked until 4:30.  Cleaning out the flower bed and locating the sprinkler heads first, then filling and seeding the sewer pipe swale.  He had equipment to de-thatch the lawn.  It cleaned up the lawn really well.
He trimmed the bushes to the level I requested and removed the trimmings.  The biggest job was cutting back the overgrown shrubs which had branches 10 feet long.  That took the rest of the day.  He removed all of the cuttings.  I think that is all.
