However, I hate their gimmick, where their prices are higher, and then they give customers cards that are used to keep track of purchases. Then ACE Hardware sends discount cards in the mail to be used to save money on a purchase if that purchase costs enough and if it's in the time frame allowed. I'd prefer to forget the gimmicks and just have more competitive prices and save the cost of customer cards, computer programing costs, and mailing out discount cards cost. It just adds extra stuff to deal with for the customer and the business. I purchase less there because of the card gimmick and higher prices.
