They replaced the old slides on six of the ten drawers (four were done already from a previous job by them) and installed knob and handles on the drawers and cabinet doors because there weren't any before. Make a big difference in being in the kitchen and cooking or putting away dishes. No more broken fingernails or two handed drawer opening. Makes such a difference. Although cosmetic mostly I'm so happy Delta Cabinet did the quality work I have always received from them.
