Dan returned my call, showed up when he said he would and communicated my options to me well.  I called several roofers and few responded.  Dan gave me a plan that didn't involve a total roof replacement and the results look great.  He fit me in before winter fully set in.

The Company did not show up to do the repair and we ended up calling in a different roofer.

We live at the SE end of the Uncompahgre Plateau in SW Colorado at 8900 feet. We needed some metal roof repairs and an inspection. Dan was very professional in his assessment of our roof issues and the options we had. We ended replacing our entire roof on the house. Let's just say that the previous roof was installed on the cheap. After removing the old metal roof, Dan replaced some plywood and covered the roof in a wet seal material. We also upgraded the style of roof to be more slippery for snow and we chose a system in which the bolts are covered. Exposed bolts with the inevitable heave and melt of snow during the winter was the source of all our problems. Dan also checked our other main structures where we chose only minor repairs including securing the bolts, replacing panels that the wind ripped off, and fixing the cap at the apex of the barn and garage. Oh, Dan also replaced a skylight in the house that was poorly installed and leaked.
Because we are about an hour and a half from Delta, Dan brought a RV and he and his coworker and lovely wife Michelle came too. Both are kind and fun and the four of us had a lot of laughs along the way. Besides being impressed by the quality of their work, we were impressed with how hard they worked. Dan and Michelle worked from dawn to dusk for 7 straight days until the job was done. Married, with kids and grandkids and they worked as a happy team. Not bad for married folk!
So, in sum, we were treated well; they did a great job; our house roof is good for a long, long time; and
Dan and Michele were a delight to have around. We will have them back as many times as is necessary. I only gave them a and quot;Band quot; on pricing because I did not compare prices with other roofers. That being said I have bought a metal roof on another house and found estimates by several roofers to be identical.

Dan was prompt and professional. He explained my options and did an excellent job customizing the new roof cap to ensure no future leaks occurred with quality materials.

We had a leak in our office roof, right over our computer server! We called several companies to give us a quote. Dan's Roofing was prompt with their cost estimate, gave us a reasonable price, and was able to schedule the work quickly. They showed up when they said they would, were pleasant to our staff, and cleaned up after themselves.

After trying desperately to find a contractor who would repair a relatively small part of my otherwise healthy roof, some neighbors and my insurance company suggested Dan's Roofing. I gave Dan a call and left a message, and he returned my call the same night. He got out to assess the damage and gave me an estimate within a couple days. We got the repair scheduled for sometime in the next couple weeks. I supplied the shingles to assure that they'd match the originals and Dan supplied all other materials and labor. The work was completed professionally and quickly. Every conversation with Dan was pleasant, informative and helpful/reassuring. The shingles and his work match so closely to the rest of the roof that you can't even tell that it was ever damaged and a repair was needed. Dan also demonstrates integrity. While he was repairing the small section that needed repair, he inspected the rest of our roof and gave it a clean bill of health. He could have given a report that required more repairs, but it truly didn't need anything else and he honestly reported it that way.
