It went great! Alan told us about, and installed, a special TV connection box with outlet and cable connection included that we had not known about. He completed most of the work in one day, then returned for about an hour the next morning to finish the job for the quoted price. His wife helped answer our emails and provided info about a cash discount and about materials he had included in his proposal. Everything was professional with these folks from the the quote, to Alan's knowledge about electrical code and electrical installation, to the cleanup.
