I really do not like Walmart as a company. However I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and accommodating they were at this particular Walmart. Unlike the Walmart in Durango, CO (check my other reviews).
When we arrived a staff member had to look up our original tire purchase in Wisconsin in order to get the free rotation and balance of the tires. She was helpful, nice, and patient while this was done.
My daughter was given a choice of DVDs to watch in the waiting room.
The work was done to my satisfaction and we were assisted in locating an air filter for our car while we waited for the
servicing. This was to be a self install.
