 + -1 moreThey were very good. I liked their services very much. They were on time. They responded quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. The work was really well done and their rates were reasonable. I would definitely use their services again in the future if I need their services.
Description of Work: I used Nice Electric for electrical work. He had to have a repair done that my husband thought he could do. They had to come and fix it.

 + -1 moreSince the company did not seem interested in even returning my calls, or concerned that my house may burn down from a short circuit, I can't accurately comment on their work. If they have the same lack of professionalism on the job as they show in customer service, then you may want to buy extra insurance. Just a thought.
Description of Work: We had some light surge damage to an electrical outlet, electrical wiring, and the fuse box due to lightning. After speaking to the insurance company I began contacting local electricians for an estimate. I was told by Nice Electric that I would recieve a call back in 24 hours. Never happened. I figured I would give them another chance & called them the following day. After a few minutes on hold I was able to speak to an electrician and was told that I could meet with him that evening at five o'clock. I thought "great" and made plans. I took off from work to meet the electrician, but he never showed. I gave the business to another company and was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Too bad "Nice" electric dropped the ball, I'll never bother to call them again.
