Contract was for total house window replacement, first half due upon signing of contract, second half due on completion.
It took months for them to start the job and then demanded the remainder after they had simply put the windows in the holes. No calking, securing, nothing. My father reminded them he was not required to pay until job was done and reaffirmed he would do so. They sent it to an attorney. My father disputed with a letter and never heard from them again. They didn't try to communicate with my father or fix the windows or complete anythinng.
