Shirley Septic gave us an approximate arrival time, and the truck arrived promptly.  They performed the pumping of our septic tank without any problems, and they finished in the expected time allotted.  No problems.  We will call upon them again for future maintenance.

Shirley Septic is one of the few service companies in the area that understands the meaning of "customer service." They are prompt and reliable and do their work efficiently at reasonable prices. In addition to the tank pumping, I had Shirley install a riser and effluent filter. They sent two men out to install the tank riser and filter. The work was completed in under an hour and the installer took the time to explain what the service requirements of the filter are, and how (and when) it should be serviced. I have used Shirley Septic for the past 10 years and recommend them highly to others.

I always have problems around the house on special occasions. This time it was Thanksgiving! But despite the fact that it was a holiday they answered the phone promptly and found time to come to my house and help me. It's a detail but it says a lot about the company and how they work.
