+ -1 moreRob came within a few days to diagnose the problem and give a recommendation. He also gave an immediate bid and told us when he could get back to do the work. He had to reschedule once due to an injury. He showed up on time to the next appointment and completed the work satisfactorily. Rob has been doing work for our homeowners association in Wheat Ridge for several years and has always been reliable. Although all the gutters in the complex are ready for replacement, he has been very cooperative with doing the replacements on an as-needed basis while we raise the necessary funds. One time, he even rescheduled other work so that he could take care of an emergency situation that was causing a lot of damage. The HOA has been very happy with all his work.
Description of Work: On this visit, Rob replaced eight new pieces of seamless gutter and one downspout on buildings within our homeowners association. In past visits, he has diagnosed problems, straightened and leveled gutters, and replaced gutters as needed.
