General Remodeling
During the demolition phase, things were moving along and initially we were happy with the progress. This feeling of euphoria only lasted about a week. CSC hired teenagers from the local shelter to perform the work. Per our contract, we kept our end of the bargain and paid on time. We had a payment schedule, which was working in the beginning, but as time lagged on Jason and his "team" fell further and further behind taking three weeks to paint the exterior. On December 9th, 2016 Jason and CSC were no where to be found, and we were left to finish the job which I personally ended up performing 60% of the remaining job. Jason kept a sloppy work area, and depended on the teenagers that he hired to do most of the work while he was playing games on his phone in his truck acting like "Big Boss Man". See the pictures below, which will show the drain in the master shower which was completely off center. To make a long story short, his shoddy work and poor attitude ended up costing me a lot of money and time. A project that was supposed to take 8-9 weeks ended up taking almost 8 months. There are too many details to explain on here, but if you would like to contact me I will gladly divulge all the juicy details. Feel free to search our company, Aspen Home Solutions in Parker, CO. Jason Smith of Conifer Colorado has to be one of the worst contractors in this state, and I am sorry that I had the pleasure of meeting him, and I hope that anyone that reads this will run to the hills because this joker will smile while having his hand in your wallet.
