It was horrible - he caused a lot of damage. Scott was in a rush to reset the toilets and go on to another job. I asked him if there wasn't anything extra he needed to do to ensure a tight fit because the floors had been raised, but he assured me it was no big deal, finished and left. Two months later the ceiling in my finished basement collapsed. The main floor toilets had been improperly installed and black water had been leaking into the space between the main floor and the basement ceiling. My decorator tried to reach Scott with no luck. I had to hire a sanitation company to come in and disinfect the area. I hired another plumber to re-seat the toilets. He found the basement toilet was also leaking under the foundation, so he had to fix that, too. My decorator had the ceiling fixed. The decorator finally reached Scott and he admitted to her that he was at fault and would reimburse me. That was 6 months ago. He refuses to answer phone calls or letters.
