We worked with Joe and were very pleased with our service. Joe was very responsive and explained, well, the problems my machine was having. He didn't try to upsale or overcharge - which has, unfortunately been the case with other companies. His rates were very reasonable and I really appreciated his honest approach. I felt like I could trust him and won't hesitate to call him again for any appliance repair. If anyone asks if I know of an appliance repair man, I will definitely give them Joe's number.

The service call was $54.95, I called and told them after scheduling, that the price was too high and would go with someone else, they said they would lower it to $30. The rep came and was upset. Asked to use the phone to call the previous place to see if he had left his flashlight there. I had him there to check on my stove's thermometer as it was not matching with the external one I had. He went outside, took awhile, came back and put two of his thermometers in. He told me that I needed to let it get to tempture. His phone kept ringing the inter time. He later apologized and said that today was the anniversary of his wife's death and that people were calling to check on him. He then told me that the cost would be the full amount. I told him what the rep on the phone said, but he said it was his call. I ended up writing a check and letting him go. He was here for maybe 45 minutes waiting for his thermometers to reach temperature. I felt sorry for the guy. They did tell me that it would cost $350 to correct the computer on the stove.
