Chuy and his staff are superb! The job cost exactly what was estimated, including Chuy absorbing some materials costs encountered as the project was underway. He and his cousins - this is truly a family business - arrived each day on time, and worked long days. They were very polite, and responsive to our questions. Above all, they were very attentive to the minor details of the job - doing little things that we wouldn't even have thought of to ask for. At the conclusion of the job, the site was immaculate! I highly recommend these folks.

The work performed by Chuy and his team was excellent. The completed the work in an astonishing 6 days. The original timeframe was 8-9 days. Their price was in the middle of several bids that we received. They kept us informed of the progress and asked for input on layout and design as the project moved along. They do an excellent job of respecting the house by protecting carpets, hardwood and furniture. They also cleaned up each day and did an excellent job cleaning when they were finished. We have several jobs that need to be completed in the future and will definitely work with Rockies Flooring again.

I ended up using Rockies Flooring LLC. They were easy to work with. They were prompt. They did a great job. They just did what they said they were going to do within the timeframe in which they said they were going to do it.

It was a really great experience. It started out with the estimate. Out of three contractors, they were the only one that showed up on time. When they arrived, Chuy asked good questions and suggested several options for the layout. When pricing came back they were the best price with the shortest schedule. In the first day of work, Rockies showed up on time and wanted to walk everything to re-confirm the layout. Chuy made several suggestions to the layout that look better than the original plan. The team was very efficient and had all the tile, grout and wood work installed in just under 3 days. I plan on using them on my next project.

Anything with stone or tile or any kind of flooring he works with, he does an excellent job. I think the house was cleaner after he left then before he started. He is very thorough and very professional. He makes sure that we are very pleased with the product before he puts it in and while he's putting it in and after it's all done. Everything is upfront; we know exactly what it's going to cost before we start. He does do a signed contract, so there are no ifs and buts about what's going to happen. The contract is for only labor, and he will tell us what to provide as far as the materials. He did supply the materials for our hardwood floor, because he had that off hand, so that worked out very well. He does have a little accent, so it's kind of hard to get around that. But other than that, it's pretty good. He's a very good worker. He does have a lady that comes in and cleans up the house after the project. With regard to price, he is a little higher than most, but his work shows it. With regard to quality, he does real good work. We are planning on using him again.

We had him demo and reinstall the tile backslash in my kitchen after a new granite install.
