They promised 24% energy efficiency gains from the previous year.  My wife and I believed them and allowed them to perform the work (not cheap).  Ergo sum, the next year our bill didn't go down but jumped 12% the next year.
The work as it was being done was professional though.  
After some efforts they honored their performance guarantee, however WellHome as it was once knownis now deceased.

WellHome workers were extremely professional.  They were well organized without a "corporate" feel, because each person who worked on the house really knew his craft and had lots of experience.  There were subcontractors involved and the scheduling could not have been smoother.  Each part of the process was explained to us in detail, so we had very few questions as the 2-day process went on.  Randy Hale covered all the bases, was very straightforward and organized.  They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do.  When problems came to light, such as an exposed electrical box, remedies were suggested and our opinions considered.  They went above and beyond anything we expected.  Bill organized all the subcontractors and the process went like clockwork.  We also wanted to mention that they were all really nice human beings, in good command of their individual crafts.
