great! They bid well and performed the job without fuss.

Very smoothly overall. Had a number of other companies out for bids and this one was the only no nonsense, no hidden charges, on time, in and out. The bid was mid range without fuss. They asked for 50% up front and the other 50% AFTER all the inspections came back good. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they are the only folks I will call.
