I mentioned I didn't want to spend too much and I had a budget. At the
end of our conversation, the estimator gave me his card and said to
email him for an estimate. I e-mailed the estimator and said I was
looking forward to his bid. I never received a reply. Can only deduce he
didn't think I was worth his time.
