Roto-Rooter saved our day today. We had a mainline clog/backup on a frigid Sunday morning and needed immediate help. Roto-Rooter arrived in less than two hours of my call and took care of our issue quickly. Saso and Christian were professional, knowledgeable and unfazed by the crazy cold outside temperatures. They worked swiftly but with precision to ensure the line was completely clear. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter and greatly appreciated their ability to resolve the problem seamlessly!

They performed the work as a warranty job. We were very happy that they had honored a warranty on cleaning out the pipe a few years ago. They did a great job!

I call @ 6:00pm and by 7:45 Adriel(#5868) was at my house working on my main line. Adriel was a great guy, he was very worried about great my drain back to there best. Thank you so much Adriel!! From the first call to the end I was very impressed with the whole company.

Technician was able to tighten the connection of the disposal with the underside of the kitchen sink.

The loose connection caused the drainage from the kitchen sink to leak on the cabinet floor under the sink. I called the main office Monday morning and the office personnel stated that they could send a plumber that afternoon in a four hour window from Noon to 4 PM. I was called again at 3:30 to inform me that the technician would be delayed due to another job. I was called again at 4:15 to inform me that the technician was on his way. The technician arrived at 4:30. The technician, Caleb Mazzurco, was able to quickly diagnose the source of the leak and to make the necessary repairs. He was polite and asked if I had any other plumbing issues that he could address. He did not push me to do a drain line clean-out even though I raised the issue due to occasional slow drainage from the kitchen sink. We discussed the cost for the service but after additional conversation with him I elected to forgo the drain line clean-out.

It went well, but there was no explanation as to what the issue was.

They charged me sixty bucks to hit the reset button on my garbage disposal. He looked at it, knew what was wrong and then made me sign an invoice before telling me. I guess I'm the sucker but I still felt cheated afterwards. I guess I should just google it beforehand.

Punctual, respectful, kind, and fair price, no price gouging, which was a wonderful thing. Great customer service!

They have always been our clean-out people, so we've always felt the price was competitive. I did not take other bids on the price. Their price is usually fair.

They snaked our main line.  They were able to come the same day I called. The service was really quick.They have warranty on their work. No improvements needed.

Jack arrived on time and promptly went to work, removing and reinstalling the the toilets. He found and showed me, a broken bolt in the flange and advised me that he needed to get a new flange and bolts. I knew he could identify the correct parts more readily than I, so I authorized him to go get new parts. He returned quickly, showed me the receipt, finished the install, and cleaned up.

Service was great and fast, called and had someone in within the hour. My Technician, Sean F, was great, he helped me find savings and worked within my budget and gave me some quotes on other work I needed to be done around the house. I would differently call them again. They did try to send along a restoration specialist with the Technician but she was very friendly and to her credit advised me that the damage was minium and she did not recommnd doing the work to replace beems and walls.

We felt scanned and feel bad for anyone who pays that much who might not need to.

Scheduled appointments for 3 times and no one from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services showed up or followed up. Would not recommend.

They didn't check with me before they drove across the front of my lawn. They did a little bit of damage there that they didn't tell me about. I just found out about it last week.

Excellent! They worked quickly and answered all of my questions. They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way.
