“Republic non-services” ... unreliable, lies on the phone when calling about (continual) missed pickups - says they will call me back... never happens. They reschedule a missed pickup, and never pickup. I don't know how this company is still in "business". It is not a "business" it is a legitimized con artist posing as a trash collection company... and they get away with it. Very, very disappointed and angry. They clearly do not value their customers. Actions (or lack thereof) speak louder than words. Wish I could rate them a negative star.

I called on 8/11/20 to cancel my service because of a change in Republic Services' policy re lawn bags, from five lawn bags per pick-up free to $6 per bag. I was told my cancellation would not be effective until the end of the month. IT'S THE PUSH OF A COMPUTER BUTTON! Being pushed around by a computer is not my idea of any kind of good service and makes me even more glad that I'm ending my business relationship with Republic.

Were told by supervisors that trash would be picked up day after complaint. When not picked up and called back was told 'someone cancelled the pickup, and would resume next scheduled day'. So calling did not move things along. Repeated weeks waiting for problem to correct did not result in them fixing their internal problems. Am cancelling my service!

They were definitely over priced. They were not treating my renters right. We had a rental, and they did not do the job well. They were not picking up all the trash. I was patient with them for a long time.
