Masonry Work
It has been two week since I called for someone to come give me an estimate. No one returned my call. I now have another company doing the work. I only called based on previous reviews.

Made appointment to see services needed in order to offer bid. Failed to show at agreed upon time or to call and cancel. Unprofessional!

I called on a Thursday. Victor answered, but he preferred to have his assistant call me back who spoke better English. She called me about 5pm and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate later that evening. During the tour of the garage, I pointed out several places that I thought repair work should be done. Victor gave me his estimate of $350 and said he could return on Sunday morning to do the work. I was not there on Sunday to watch him and his assistant do the work, but I am very happy with the results. He repaired each area that I pointed out, and the repairs look very well done and match the existing masonry very well. Thanks Victor!

INCREDIBLE. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are on time and will DEFINITELY get it done when they say they will get done. They will make sure it's exactly what you want and they know how to do things right.
