My daughter was moving out of an apartment and moving into another. To make the job a little easier, I bought 2 appointments from a Groupon special Mya Najar offered. I wanted a cleaning of the old apartment and a cleaning of the new apartment. I emailed Mya before I purchased to make sure she would do a move out and move in cleaning. She responded that she could do it and that the dates were fine. I bought the Groupon deals and my daughter made the arrangements with her. She called several times to delay the appointment. Eventually she delayed it until the next day. My daughter delayed cleaning the apartments because she assumed Mya would eventually show up. After numerous text messages and ignred voices mails, Mya simply stopped responding. My daughter had to clean both houses herself at the last minute because Mya completely flaked. She is totally unreliable. She never even bothered to call later to offer a reason for her unprofessionalism. Groupon refunded my money, but, of course, that wasnt the point.
