They removed soil but did not grade or level or roto till or do any soil preparation before rolling out sod. They tore 3 sprinkler hoses but did not test them before rolling out sod. They did not respond to voice mails, text or email so I had to repair the damage and level the soil myself. Do Not hire Fair Enough Landscaping. Any warranty listed in their contract proposal expires the moment your check clears

Most of the work was completed on time except for the 3 trees that were supposed to be planted on the side of my house. Since it was raining excessively at the time Paul asked if he could come back and plant the trees when the rain subsided. He even asked us to pick out the trees we wanted at the nursery where he buys trees from. We picked out the trees and let Paul know the name of the trees we wanted and he was supposed purchase the trees and come by to plant them the first part of July 2015. He has never showed up and he will not answer our calls We have went to the business address given for Fair Enough Landscaping and the person who answered the door said Paul did not live there nor was there a business named Fair Enough Landscaping at 6911 Kearney St in Commerce City. Fair Enough Landscape owes me 3 trees or the money I paid them for the trees to be planted which I estimate is around $500. At first the sod and mulch they laid looked really good but after only 3 months it is evident that Fair Enough Landscaping used cheap material when they laid the ground cover, the mulch and the sod. I have weeds growing in the sod and through the mulch! I will have to redo the ground cover and get better quality of mulch. I am trying to kill the weeds in the sod but I may have to redo the sod as well. Do not be fooled by the company?s name! Fair Enough Landscaping does not practice fair business methods. It was my mistake for paying Paul the remainder of the money when he had not completed the job but I thought he was a man of his word, but he is not. Paul is a coward and a liar!!! I paid him more than $8000 and he used cheap material and never finished the job they were paid for!

The guys listened to what I wanted done, asked questions if they were unsure and never asked to come in my home or use my phone. They did the job and then left. Exactly what I expect from a company.
