Took almost 21 months to get job completed. Failed first inspection. Didn't pay the solar panel company to remove/replace panels. Had to call and/or text repeatedly to get job done.

Expert Exteriors replaced my roof 7 years ago. When they did the original installation I was very happy. From start to finish the project went very smoothly. A week ago with a heavy snow I noticed there was a leak in the roof in my garage. I called Expert Exteriors and they sent a repairman out the same day. He found the issue but had to let it dry out for a couple days to fix it. A couple days later he came out and fixed the leak. There was no charge to me as they warrantied the issue. There are not many companies these days that stand behind their product for a year. Expert Exteriors took care of my issue after 7 years. That's a company that I want to do business with. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them to any one needing roof work.

Excellent. Expert Exteriors did a fantastic job and they got it done quickly. Isaac Benavidez, who was my contact, was great to work with and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I've owned houses since the mid-70's and have had many contractors, but I have never put a roof on any of my properties before, so I was not clear on the process. Isaac took his time and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I was so pleased with the company and the work that I recommended Expert to a neighbor and they put a new roof on as well. If you're in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend Expert Exteriors and especially Isaac.

Isaac was easy to talk to and helpful. All went pretty well and job was clean and professional. Any issues I had were dealt with as requested as promptly as possible.

Jeff Preihs, our project manager oversaw the replacement of our roof with a lifetime hail resistant upgrade, which was covered by our State Farm Insurance policy. The roofing crew was exceptional, the job was completed in one day and the cleanup was A+. Jeff explained everything in detail, was on site to supervise and was a fantastic project manager.

Once Expert Exteriors began, the work was efficient and thorough. There were a couple miscommunications concerning work orders but the project manager was immediately responsive and corrected the problems before they became an issue. Workers were courteous, competent, and efficient. Work site was completely cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had the Worst experience ever with Expert Exteriors. Our project manager was CJ. My wife and I were told we would be treated like family if we went with Expert Exteriors. Yeah right after signing that contract we were on our own!! The main problem was lack of communication. We were never notified when the shingles were going to be delivered. We woke up one morning and workers were starting to work on the roof at 6:30am fully blocking us in the house. So i called CJ my project manager and told him "thanks for the heads up!" Instead of apologising for the inconvinience his responce was "thats another side of production and thats not my problem!" The next day i called the office to put a complaint for the unacceptable customer service i recieved from CJ and to let them know the roofing workers left some nails laying around and unfortunately i got one in my brand new tire, the production manager i spoke to Tom just told me, "go to big o tires they will fix it for free!" Instead of trying to find me a better solution and reasuring me things will get taken care of!! Then one day I come home and my driveway is blocked by workers putting gutters on the house. That was all fine except we were never notified they would be coming. After the gutters were put on I went out to check the work and noticed they did not replace downspouts. I called the office to ask to speak to someone to ask why they had not been replaced, I was directed to Tom, he quickly gave me the direct phone number of the people working on my gutters so i could go ahead and give them a call if i had any questions. Thats when i started questioning "so whats the whole point of a project manager?"A couple of weeks later we called the office several times wanting to know the status of work that still needed to be performed, with no replies.Then two months later we recieve a call from this lady from Expert Exteriors (Brenda) tellin us that we still owed money, so i explained to her that our roof did not pass inspection! So she told me that was not a reason for me to be holding funds, then i told her my work never got compleated and i never recieved a final invoice, so how was i supposed to know how much i owed! Finaly we got a bill to include work that my insurance company was not billed for because it was not in my contract! I though if i went with a company things would be much smoother and they would be their to help me, but not this company! At the end we were able to talk to Corey Beech he resolved our billing issues and we finaly really felt like we were treated like family. But nothing is going to take away the headache and stress Expert Exteriors gave us.

Expert Exteriors recently replaced our roof and we couldn’t be happier. Our salesman, Isaac B, is top notch. He has worked with both our insurance adjuster as well as our morgtage company, taking a lot of the pressure off of us. The roofers replaces our entire roof in one day! They were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t have asked for better service or quality! Highly recommend Expert Exteriors!!!

Expert started work within 3 weeks of estimate and meeting with adjuster Isaac and CJ were on top of it. It took 2 days to complete which was 2 days less than the last roof I had done. The crew cleaned up and worked from 7 to 7. Very pleased with both he job and company. Thanks guys

It took a while to get on the schedule but once we did everything went quickly! CJ and Isaac made sure we got our roof!

I talked to Samuel Gallegos, and he gave me an estimate of what everything would cost, including the cost of taking the solar panels off of my roof, the satellite dish removed and replaced, and all of the costs for re roofing my house. The work was done within 2 weeks. Samuel Gallegos came here on the day of the work, and was exceptional in monitoring what was done, and made sure everything was done to the highest standards.

Expert Exteriors went to bat for us with our insurance when we were denied funds to replace our roof. They were extremely professional and the work done is very high quality. They oversaw the replacement of our roof, the siding, and gutters. We are very happy with the work.

Every thing went really Expert Exteriors did a really good job explaining everything that would happen for us to put a new roof on our house from the wind damage we had occurred Sam really went above and beyond to get it all handle

Everything went well and job was done in two days. Insurance covered most of it for wind damage. I would hire them again.
