The driver from Arpin did an excellent job of helping me with the move. Chris Ivy was the gentleman who came out to drive. He came out right on time and was very professional throughout the move. He made sure to keep in touch with me throughout the process. The bid on the job was two thousand pounds under the actual weight, so in the end Chris took it in the chin to continue with the move anyway. They did damage to the top of my dryer. He fixed what he could and apologized to me and he showed me exactly what to do to file the claim. There were no hidden charges and no additional games afterward. I would absolutely use them again in the future and I would probably ask that Chris be my driver again as well.
