Here's another review: Sales person sells the service to our house while he was driving thru his segway in our community. While trying to sell the service he mentioned all the discounts and the quarterly service price for the first year with cancellation any time. He told us to sign now as this offer is only available today and not later and got us sold. After going thru the couple of service and reservice i found the quality of product use is very ineffective towards pest and seems to be like a waste of money to give money every three months to put something in and around my house when i know it is not going to work. So i decided to cancel today and I called the company Rep and turns out the sale guy who took my sign on his tablet to sign up for the service made me sign the agreement (which first of all i was not told is a contract) or just showed me the part which shows the quarterly price and made me blind-sign a contract which effectively tell me that i need to pay $250 as cancellation price on top of just two service which cost me $90 for each quarter. So the rep hangs up and tells me to do whatever i want but this is the amount that i need to pay to cancel their service, which according to my knowledge i was told in plain english as quarterly price for the first 12 months to change after the first year. This is a total scam either the company is purposefully training the sales person to trick people into buying and making money with cancellation or instructing them to do whatever to get more customers even if it means to trick them. I can already see them posting the $250 fees on my account for cancellation just few minutes later after my call with them.
