I contacted them for a pigeon problem in my barn as the pigeon drippings are very harmful to my horses. At a cost of $1000.00 they installed commercial freezer curtains to keep the birds out once they chased them out. That didn't happen the birds came back. I spent another $200.00 on magnets to help keep the curtains closed after the horses went in and out. Birds still came back. They set up live traps that were unsuccessful-Austin stated they were the wrong traps. I even purchased a BirdX to hang outside that makes noises that supposedly scares the birds off. Regarding the BirdX I was going to purchase from Amazon but was told they had one that hadn't been used and they could get it set up right away. So stupidly I purchased it from them without thinking. They sold it to me at the same price as Amazon. NOW if I would have bought it from amazon I would have a warranty, be able to return it and it is packaged with a hanging mount. I RECEIVED NON OF THIS FROM THIS COMPANY. The way it was hung - it fell down within days. When I called and asked about trying the live traps again they wanted more money. After the BirdX was paid for they still sent me an invoice requesting payment. That took several calls to straighten out. SO through all of this they didn't solve my problem-still have pigeons and my wallet has a lot less money in it.

Brian was great. Super friendly and super helpful. We had a huge yellow jacket nest under our deck and a couple of others behind the gutters. Brian sprayed, then opened up the deck, and pulled out the huge nest. He sprayed and then sealed with caulk the other nests. Then we walked the property to check for other nests. This company is small, family-owned and does not require a contract for continued service. They come, treat the problem, and bill you a very reasonable price. It's that simple. They remove the nest and not just spray around it so you know 100% it is gone. Definitely would use them again.

Provider did not follow label instructions for the application of Fumitoxin. The Fumitoxin was used within 150 yards of an occupied home and signage was not at the ENTRANCE to the property. Signage was improperly placed and in order for the public to view the required signage one would have to enter private property. I witnessed this situation first hand and believe that this applicator is in violation of label usage for Fumitoxin. I believe this violation represents a clear and present danger to the general public.

I discovered I had a mouse infestation (they were eating the cat food).  I called them and Brian came out and checked the whole house inside and out to see how they got in.  He then put poison traps in the suspected entrances.  A month later he came again and found that they had eaten the poison so he added more.  A month later he came out and found that activity had definitely decreased at least on my main floor.  He then sealed the holes.  The basement holes were ledt open and there was still monor activity. I have one more visit and the holes will be sealed at that time.  I liked the fact that I had the same technician each time.

They were unable to catch the skunk. They were very communicative and responsive. I was charged even though they did not catch the skunk. I understand the charge, but a heads up would have been nice.

They came out as scheduled with all the necessary gear to get up onto the roof and spray / remove all the wasps nests (found something like 10 different nests!). After spraying for wasps, the technician sprayed all around the house for ants. Once he did that, he said he still had 30% of the canister left and wanted to use it up on the basement. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and they never tried to sell me a service contract or suggest other work that needed to be done. The price was definitely higher than some of those other companies, but they did the job I asked for and didn't try to sell me anything else. And now, two months on, we have no ants or wasps to speak of in / around the house :-).

They took Ivy down where birds and squirrels were nesting. They were prompt, professional, and courteous both times. They are honest and nice people. I would use them again if needed.

Had a problem with mice getting into the basement. John first came out in September 2009 to do an inspection and initial treatment. He identified a small opening on the side of the house that was the entry point. He treated inside and outside and we repaired the opening. He returned in March 2010 to retreat the outside and inspect inside. He could find no evidence of new activity in the basement. We will have them re-treat every six months to treat the outside. He was thorough and obviously knew how to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend. One caveat - we originally called this company another time during their peak season and the person sent to our home was a summer hire and the process did not go very well. I would recommend asking for a full time certified inspector (which is what John is).

I have mice in my couch and this company said that they don't do that and we might want to get into an upholstery company. They were very helpful and they seemed more interested in my problem then making a sell.

Very well, I called and was scheduled that very week, within just a few days. The technician showed up on time was very nice and very thorough. He taught me a lot and was quite patient with my questions and he really knew his stuff. He was courteous, offered to take on and off his shoes and put everything back where he found it (i.e. access to crawl spaces and places where he buried the poison) He assured me the poison was not harmful to the dogs, and it was well hidden where they couldn't get to it. I haven't seen a mouse or a dropping since and I can't tell you how happy that makes me.

The experience was excellent. The person they sent was personable and helped me learn how to deal with the yellow jackets. He was a very knowledgeable worker.

Denise was contact person for company. Denise and other staff members were very detailed and clear, and were excellent to work with.

They were on time for both visits. We have not seen any more ants since they have come by. Finally, we did not have any issues with billing.

This company is reasonably responsive and pleasant to deal with. After the traps on one side of the roof had not captured any squirrels in 2.5 days, we called on a Saturday for someone to place more traps in a different location. Their rep came over within about 30 minutes. When a total of 4 squirrels had been trapped and we heard no more squirrel noises over the porch, we called for them to come seal the holes; it took a day for them to get to it.

Bob Cochran was terrific. He took plenty of time to study the activity of the mice and determine how best to go about eradicating them. He also obviously enjoyed his work very much, and he was very willing to teach me about mice and other pests and animals. While we walked the exterior of the house, he pointed out things I should fix to prevent other problems with pests in the future mainly wasps. Bob carefully considered his solution to our mice problem in light of our two young children. I would definitely hire Bob again, although I hope we don't have to!

I HAD A FAMILY OF SKUNKS MOVE INTO AND UNDER MY BUSINESS IN LAKEWOOD. THE COMPANY PROVIDED TRAPS FOR THE SKUNKS AND CHARGED ABOUT $75 EACH FOR REMOVAL. I HAD TO DO WAS CALL WHEN THE TRAPS WERE FULL AND THEY ARRIVED THAT DAY TO REMOVE THE PESTS. THEY ALSO GAVE ME ALOT OF FREE ADVICE ABOUT SOME YELLOWJACKET PROBLEMS WE'VE HAD.
