 + -1 moreI didn't hire this company but they damaged my plants and fence and came into my yard without permission. Update: They did not do an especially good job of trimming my neighbor's tree, and they damaged my property in the process, but eventually they did send me the amount I requested for the damage they caused.
Description of Work: My next-door neighbor used this company to trim his tree. Acme Tree allowed branches to fall into my yard, and they damaged plants and a decorative fence. Acme came into my yard without my permission, apparently to clean up, but the clean-up was inadequate. I wrote Acme Tree and requested $50 for the damage. Acme Tree ignored my request, so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have now received the $50 I requested from Acme Tree. I informed them of the damage on August 30, filed a complaint with the BBB on September 13, and received payment from Acme on October 31.
