We got the owners name through Ashley and his name is Tim Walters. I was real happy with his work and I have no hesitation telling the world about it. He is a very hard-working guy and just straight up honest and is very personable. He is also very direct and easy to work with.

This was the third time we had hired A Wise Move. We were pleased with the service for a local Denver move after selling our home. We were pleased with the service for loading boxes and household goods for our first trip from Denver to Portland. The third time we hired A Wise Move was very unpleasant. Since we trusted the crew to do a job comparable to prior hires, we did not hover while they loaded the truck.
We were both in the garage, however, when we say my Bernina sewing maching drop off the back of the truck into the driveway. We also discovered that only 4 of the 48 moving blankets we provided were actually used to protect our antique furniture collection. We had to unload and re-load the back third of the truck in order to wrap and stabilize furniture before we could start our drive. The loaded truck had all the appearance of a vehicle loaded to go to the dump.
We did call Roger Wise as soon as we saw the sewing machine hit the pavement and again when we realized how carelessly the loading had been done. There has been no response from him. The charge is in dispute with our credit card company.

"The member is a nice person and we enjoyed working with her. Our company did give her a 10$ discount off her move. This is the 3rd time that we loaded a truck for her. This is the first and only complaint that we have had on our loading serviced in more than 10 years. We have been in business for 30 years. The report from our crew is that she kept getting into the truck and rearranging everything, even though he was asked not to. According to our crew, the sewing machine fell as a direct result of him trying to fit a bicycle at the back of the truck. Our enclosed contract clearly states that “all electrical items” are not covered by insurance. It also states that our company is not liable for household goods once they are loaded into a rental truck. She signed our contract accepting our services as satisfactory upon completion."
