They had scheduled for one day to do the job, but due to inclement weather that was due on that date they called to schedule for the prior day.  They came at the time they indicated and were done cleaned up and gone within 37 minutes.  I was very pleased with their overall professionalism and speed with which they completed the job.  Even though they were a little more expensive than some of the other services from whom we received estimates, the extra money was well worth it in my opinion.

Very professional and punctual.  Was very knowledgableabout the trees and plants.  Performed the work efficiently and well.

We had two Globe Willow trees in our back yard that had grown very tall, had roots on the surface, and were bleeding white foamy stuff. We also had some Aspens and Sycamore's that needed trimming. After contacting several tree service company's, finding some were not even licensed and insured, Imperial was truly the best choice. Their price estimate was the lowest, they had nice well-maintained equipment, and did an excellent job. We had the willows removed, which was difficult as they were in the back yard, close to the house, and not accessible to their bucket truck. They were excellent!

When I called - they came to give me an appraisal the very next day and we scheduled the appointment for the work for the following week (their soonest appointment).
The night before our appointment they called me to confirm our appointment and make sure that everything was still a and quot;goand quot; and told me that they would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 am and sure enough, they were and even more - they were done by 9:45! They brought three trucks with them - they had the large cherry picker, a large truck with the wood chipper in-tow, and then another pickup for tools.
They were extremely accommodating when I asked if they could chip some landscaping timbers I had along the driveway that had warped and took care of that for me at an extremely reasonable price.
The only part that I wasn't COMPLETELY satisfied with was the overall cost and lack of invoice. For an hours worth of work - (and while the number of trees/shrubs was quite a few - it wasn't extreme in my opinion - just basic trimming/shaping) I thought $950 was a little extravagant. It was worth every penny - I just think that it should have been more in the $500-$600 range. There was never a printed/written quote or invoice upon completion - it was all verbal.

I would hire them again for the next job - but I will be mindful of what I have them do to avoid such a large bill in the future.

Things went pretty well. There were a few points of contention and I think they could have been a little more... Well, customer oriented during the discussions. But overall they were very good and professional. I will use them next time since most service companies in Pueblo CO are pretty poor. If you find a good one you stick with them in this town.

Responded to my inquiry within minutes; made an appointment for the next day; arrived as scheduled; called with estimate; arrived the following day as scheduled; performed the work professionally and completley in just a few hours and left no mess.

The men were very professional and timely. I asked for one bid and then ended up changing it and he was able to accommodate that without a problem.

I was absolutely satisfied with their services. These guys were the best and were really good. I have used them for years. I have tried others but I always go back to them. They are little pricy but you get what you pay for.
