HONEST, RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE. Best HVAC company in the Springs! Don't waste your time on other companies. I have been trying to get my furnace fixed for three years, but no company would 1) listen to my problem or 2) take the time to fix an old furnace. They all recommended buying a new one. I called WSM for an inspection and estimate. When he returned on the scheduled day, the problem was fixed in two hours at the price quoted.

Very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and located the required parts for a reasonable price. Repaired the unit rather than trying to sell me a new replacement HVAC system. A previous "Air Conditioning company did no electrical work and sent an electrician out who "shot-gunned" a circuit breaker which didn't solve the real problem.

Scott offered to come out on the same day and kept in touch to let us know when he'd arrive. He was professional and courteous. I will call on Scott if we need heating or A/C service in the future.

Scott showed up right on time, and he was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the process, showed me the burned out parts and was very efficient with his time on my project. Even when he realized there was an additional issue with my A/C he picked up the other part, was back, and fixed the problem before I realized it. All in all my A/C is running perfectly, the cost was way less than the "big names" and with very little time involved. I will be recommending his services to everyone I know!!
