Wayne did what he said he would do. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. (A rarity with any contractors or service providers these days.) He listens to your input and has an upbeat personality. I did not get a written bid - a risk, but all went well and I have already recommended them to a friend. Overall a very positive experience.
