Their business should be suspended. They got into my credit card account and pulled $500 without my permission. I reported this fraud activity to my bank and the loss was recovered under the fraud protection.

Terrible, I paid $1000 for my living room window and one bedroom window to be replaced. It started well, with a good price, in which i paid in full up front (big mistake) after I paid the money up front I never heard from them again. I reached out 4 times and after I complained to the BBB they finally returned my call saying they wont refund any money AND they wont be installing my windows. What else can I say. My lawyers are working on the case as we speak. Im doing my part by spreading this news across all platforms in an effort to protect future buyers and for them to take their money elsewhere. I hope that 1000$ you stole from me was worth it!

We had Windows for Less replace 1 double window (West facing) after a massive hail storm back in 2016. This took approximately 3 months to complete due to all the hail damage around the area. Once that window was replace, we then decided to have them replace our 2 single windows (South facing) in our front room so all 3 windows matched and we liked the style of windows. Upon removing the 2 single windows, the workers did excessive damage to the stucco around the window frame that extended beyond the window frame itself and into the exterior wall of the house. They swore up and down they would fix the damage and they did after a battle getting someone out here to perform the work. Once the work was completed, we received a bill for the windows, which we paid and another bill for the Stucco repairs amounting to approximately $1500.00. We then got Robert Washington on the phone and advised him that we were not obligated to pay for and will not pay for the repairs from the excessive damage caused by his workers. Especially since they said it would be taken care of at no cost to us because the excessive damage was caused by them. The owner threatened to take us to court and we advised him we would be more than happy to take this to court if necessary. He used language that we cannot repeat here and was extremely rude to the point of almost being violent on the phone towards us, but that was the last we heard about the stucco repairs and he even sent us a $10 gift card with his apologies that we sent back to him as we felt he needed the money more than us. A couple years later in 2018, our West facing window they replaced leaked really bad during a torrential rain storm. We still had the Field managers business card, Frank McPhee, so we called him because we also received a "Windows for Less, LLC - Energy Saver Supreme Lifetime Limited Warranty' that states "NO CHARGE will be made to the original purchaser for glass seal failure or glass breakage." as this was a seal issue. Frank was very apologetic and stated he would get someone out right away and someone was out to resolve the issue by replacing the window. Here is the heart of our complaint/bad review. The window is now leaking again from a rain storm we had last week, Mid June of 2020. We called the same number we have for Frank which is the main number on their website and we spoke with Robert Washington (the owner) directly and explained what was going on. He stated he would see about getting someone out over the weekend, but it would be more than likely on the following Monday. Mid day on Monday, he called us and stated he has our information and he would call us back right away to schedule. To this day, he has not called us back. We have also called the main number several times and it rolls to voice mail stating the box is full. We also sent an email to to the one listed on their main website on that Monday after his call to us and we have not received a response. We were also able to call and leave a message on Tuesday evening because the VM box was no longer full, so we asked him again to call us as he promised he would to resolve our leaky window and he has not responded to any of our attempts to get this issue resolved. This goes to show that the owner does not stand by his products, care about his customers and appears that he holds a grudge based on being held accountable for excessive damages caused by his employees and by not meeting their past performance and obligations when called out or honoring their Limited Lifetime Guarantee that states in the very first sentence "Windows For Less warrants to the original purchaser that all ENERGY SAVE SUPREME Vinyl Windows are GUARANTEED for as long as you own them or 65 years."

Be alert! Window 4 Less in Colorado Springs is a scammer. I paid a half prior to commencement of job and was planning to pay the other half upon completion of work.. Only one patio window out of 7 was properly installed, but 6 others were all closed shut, and they do not fit. Of course, I refused to pay. To make the matter even more serious is that they tried to pull money out of my credit card THREE TIMES while I was in overseas. Unfortunately, one went through. They pulled more than $1,000 from my bank account WITHOUT my permission. I was lucky because I was under a fraud protection. I legally won the case and now my bank is after them to collect the money back from the Window 4 Less. I closed my old bank account with red flag for more protection.

John and his crew did an excellent job installing good quality vinyl windows in a, duplex at a, very reasonable price. Work completed on time and all according to our contract. One window had an issue, which was promptly remedied by John.

I thought their price was a little high because I see that other companies could do it for just over a $1000.  One gets to see on the TV everyday that they would install a window for $109 or something like that, and I paid $259 a window and for 2 larger windows I paid $334, each one was $224 and that was pretty high.  The workers who came to install 11 windows were too much work for the 2 men.  They barely finished that and it took about 10 hours for them and by the time they finished they were dead tired so they did sloppy work at the end.  They left finger prints all over my window frames and the windows were all dirty.  They did not clean up after themselves at all.  Some of the windows don’t open and close right.  They did not square them.  I called them the next day and talked to the guy who did the window installing and he laughed about it like it was some joke and I told him that these windows are not square, since they are not closing right. He could not close and open them right before he was trying to leave, they were in such a hurry because they were so tired.  I can’t blame the two guys because it was too much work for them.  But he promised that he would be over within a day or so and get it done and that has been over a week now.  I have not heard from him again.  So I don’t anticipate that they will come and correct the problem.  I don’t blame the workers, they worked hard.  I have never seen two guys knock themselves off the way they did.  It was too much work for two men.  I don’t think that the quality of the windows are great as they advertised.  So professionally, the two men were diligent, honest and hard working but they were over worked.  They could not do the job correctly.  The quality of their work was not satisfactory.

We loved them.  Their price was significantly less than all of the others that came in.  They were very top of the line.  When we compared windows with the other two places that we had looked at, Windows For Less had better quality and they were much less expensive.  They were willing to work with us because I was out of state and my daughter was in.  They worked back and forth.  The windows I got from Windows For less were double pane and insulated.  He even did some other work for me.  He had a contractor do something else I needed.  I haven't seen the windows yet but my kids said its great and my neighbors too.  They were there on time and they even called back.  They were super.

They are very affordable and good quality.  There service was great!
