So disappointed. While I was out of the country my business lost phones and Internet. I Have worked with this vendor over a good number of years. Seems like a straight up guy but when confronted with an emergency fried switch which shut down operations today, when asked about charging his full rate for his drive time, he walked out. I have never had any other on site service provider charge over $100/hr for their drive time to the site. We are located right in town so there's not a significant distance to travel. He packed up and left saying he refused to continue to provide us service. The Cisco equip is under warranty mind you. I will be seeking out a new telecom service provider, I guess.

If a client of mine needs a T1 line, I will bring him in. He has been in the telecommunications business for many years. He is a great guy, and he is honest, upfront and straight forward. I just can't say enough good things about him.
