I go to VEDA to get haircuts from Ellen.  She is fabulous.  She is very professional, and always does a great job on my hair.  I have moderately curly to wavy hair, and some stylists do not know how to properly cut hair of this texture.  Ellen is a pro at this.  I will continue to stick with her, even if she moves to another salon.  I also go to VEDA for leg and bikini waxes with Kathleen.  Finding a good waxer is tough - some of them are too slow or too messy.  Kathleen is great - friendly, efficient, and effective.  I will continue to go to her even if she changes salons.

Shari gives a wonderful pedicure. I'm always offered something to drink when I arrive and never wait more than a couple minutes. It costs more than at strip mall nail salons but the atmosphere and service are well worth the price. I'll definitely return.

Wonderful love the staff at Veda!!!

I've been going to Veda for nine years and I've had the same hairstylist for nine years. My regular hairstylist recently moved so they got me someone else and she is very good as well. I get my waxing done there.

This is a friendly place, very welcoming and professional. I stopped by and got a same-day appointment, and returned at my appointment time. I was offered a cup of some kind of tea, which was a nice touch, and after a brief wait was taken back.
The coloring/shampooing was about typical (except of course that Aveda products just smell SO much better than the traditional colors). The waiting area (for while your color is processing) is comfortable, and the staff are very attentive. For me, a little too attentive, but I am exceptionally low maintenance when it comes to that kind of thing. I wasn't crazy about the end result... it was well done but it was too dark for me. I guess that's as much my fault as anyone's, because though I did tell the colorist that I didn't want it very dark she didn't offer any guidance when I made my choice. It looked far darker when I left the salon than it did under the lights of the stylist's station.
All in all, it was a good experience, and the only reason that I wouldn't go again is because of the price - it's a competitive price for similar services, but still a little high for this frugal consumer.

Tania is amazing. Whether you choose a master stylist or entry level it's worth the money to get a good cut and style. Don't risk a bad haircut.

I tend to be very conservative with my cut and color and Fania is sensitive to that. She cuts my hair as I request. I have long hair and she never cuts more than I want to be cut. She gives a wonderful head massage during the shampoo. The health of my hair using the all over color is wonderfully shiny and soft and has not gotten brittle or dry using the Veda coloring products.

I was VERY nervous going to see "Precious" over at the Nevada Veda location. I have had issues with finding a consistent hair-stylist since moving here 6 years ago. I've even traveled to the Park Meadows area just to receive good quality service at a fair price. I've had my hair fried, cut unevenly, colored wrong and on baby-fine hair this is not good! I was referred to "Precious" by 3 different people and today's appt went well despite my nerves. We made a plan of action to get my hair back to where I want it. I did not feel rushed but enjoyed my salon experience today. I only hope that I don't jinx this by writing this too prematurely, so far so good. I'm going back next month for step #2 of our plan.

I like how everything turns out with my hair. They are just a little pricey. I will absolutely be using them again.
