Communication was great at first, and we had someone come out on a Friday to look at the work we wanted done and provide us with a quote. He mentioned it might be only after the weekend that we receive the quote since they were so busy - fine with us. Now 10 days have passed, I reached out twice to the person I was in contact with, without any response. Tried calling, no one picked up. Called the office directly and addressed this, they said they'd give me a call back but I still didn't hear anything.

My car was stuck in a 3 foot snow drift in the driveway after the storm. Devun, wish I could find the perfect way to thank you for being so thoughtful.
