Went great!  replaced a part in the middle of the hot water heater saving us hundreds instead of replacing entire water heater.  Also recommended we install an inside pressure regulator.  Glad we did.  The pressure from the city was far too high and every year it messed up our sprinkler system. We've not had the first problem with the sprinkler system since they installed the regulator.  Clay was prompt, fast and even wore shoe covers in our house to protect our carpet.  When the hot water heater stopped working a few days later on a Saturday he stopped by and it was determined that a freak gust of wind must've blown the pilot light out.  He re-lit it for us and didn't even charge us since he was here less than 15 minutes. 

Brian was prompt and thorough. He checked water pressure to the house and to the yard. Determined I needed a replacement regulator for the house line and a new regulator for the outside line. The outside line was getting direct city water pressure. Too high. He bought and installed both the same day. Pressure to the kitchen was strong, but the faucet was the problem. He advised me to call the faucet manufacturer directly which I did and they are sending me a replacement part. All in all a very helpful guy.

On time, pleasant, very willing to discuss options. After agreeing plan of action did work quickly and efficiently.

I called to ask about my shower handle. He was very honest and provided some information that might allow me to fix it myself. Since I also needed work on the sprinkler system backflow preventer I called him back since he was so honest, not taking advantage of an easy service call fix. He provided a complete cost estimate after looking over the situation before he started work and completed work all in the same day. He was very friendly, extremely competent and explained things so that I could operate and maintain the new backflow preventer (to de-winterize in spring and winterize in the fall).

They were very high integrity. They were reasonably priced. They were trustworthy and very thorough in their work. They did great, quality work.

They have done other work for us since replacing our pipes. They have replaced a water heater for us the same day, re-did our powder room, and have done other little things that needed fixing. They were the lowest bid on replacing the pipes. The other jobs have been a little expensive, but it is well worth it. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
