I knew the process would be grueling, with moving and shuffling all of the contents of my home from room to room, but Matt and his crew made the job much less painful by all of the help they so freely offered - they were so helpful with the large pieces of furniture I could not move. The carpet installation went great and it looked so amazing when it was done! I am very selective about people I use to do work in my home, and I can say that Matt and his crew passed my test!

Both repairs were perfect. You couldn't tell on the carpet and you could only see the tiny seam in the vinyl if you got down on your hands and knees and knew where to look. Matt saved me hundreds by being able to repair the existing flooring.

Matt Rial did measurements in advance of me ordering the carpet, and he got it just right - very little waste. Planned the layout in the way that would look and perform best, even though it made for a more difficult installation. Did a challenging pattern match that looks great.

Showed up on time for the measurement as well as the install date. Called the night before to confirm the install time. Cleaned up thoroughly at end of job.

The job took a little longer than expected due to the pattern match, but Matt stuck to his original quote for the job.

I am VERY picky about contractors, having been royally screwed once in the past, and I can say that Matt Rial did a great job and that I will use his services again in the near future.
