I had them come out for an estimate on replacing one pane of broken glass on a sliding patio door. I also requested that they replace the lock, which was broken. When they called me they told me that it was cheaper to replace the entire door and quoted me a price of $275. I agreed and they ordered the door (I was told). It took many weeks for them to get the door. When they came to install, they did not have a door, but only a pane of glass, which they said would be the same price. I told them that I had wanted the entire door replaced and had been told that was what they were ordering. They had no response and went ahead and installed the glass only. There was no offer to fix the lock. I told them I was unhappy and they did not seem to care. When I say "they" I am referring to the owner and one employee.

US Glass was extremely helpful. I had the pannel shipped to their office and after receipt they made an appointment to install it. They were here on time and did a very professional installation.

On time and under estimated price. Can't recommend any higher if you have broken window glass and don't want to replace the entire thing. Dan is a really nice person to work with.
