Branch Manager was provider with plans of home and in addition visited site and with assistance of construction crew measured window openings. Signed agreement stated windows were to be per measured list as our home is of SIP construction.  Yet the windows as delivered included 2 windows on the plans that were not on the measured list and not built in house.  Out of 84 windows, there were 8 windows that were too large and 2 windows that were too small, requiring the construction crew to modify the house frame, costing hundreds in labor cost.  When contacted, I received an e-mail accusing our construction crew of dropping each window prior to installation and one (unnecessary) visit to show us how to install caulking and foam. The last e-mail pointed out that we had 3 days after delivery to make sure that all 84 windows fit correctly and after that, it was our problem. So I was left with 15% of my windows not fitting and all evidence pointing to the fact that the windows were manufactured to the plans, not the measurements, against our signed agreement. I was also very surprised to learn that, in new construction, I was expected to either install or measure each of the 84 windows again, within 3 days of delivery, or accept by default, with no redress that all windows were as ordered.
